What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. This is generally limited to purchase records for in-app purchases, as described below.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? Some of our applications use your device's camera and depth-sensing hardware (e.g. TrueDepth camera) to detect facial movement in real time and apply visual effects. This face data is processed entirely on-device, is never transmitted off your device, never stored, and never shared with us or any third party. See "Face Data (Camera-Based Features)" below for full detail. We do not otherwise process sensitive personal information.
Do we collect any information from third parties? We do not collect any information from third parties, other than limited purchase information provided to us by Apple as described in "In-App Purchases" below.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties, described below.
How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, applicable privacy law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information.
How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way is by submitting a data subject access request, or by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you make an in-app purchase, or otherwise when you contact us.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
In short: Some of our applications use your device's front-facing camera and depth-sensing hardware (such as Apple's TrueDepth camera) to detect facial movement and apply real-time visual effects. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.
Where an application offers camera-based visual effects (for example, filters that respond to facial expressions or movement), the app uses your device's camera and, where available, depth-sensing hardware and Apple's ARKit framework to detect facial landmarks and movement in real time.
Purpose of use. This face data is used exclusively, in real time, to render the selected visual effect on screen while the camera is active. It is not used for identification, authentication, analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond driving the live visual effect.
Storage and retention. Face data is not saved, logged, cached, or written to disk in any form, on-device or otherwise. It exists only transiently in memory and is automatically discarded the moment the camera session ends or the app is backgrounded or closed. No retention or deletion process is necessary because the data is never persisted in the first place.
Sharing and transmission. Face data is never transmitted off your device. There is no server communication involving face or depth data, and it is not shared with any third party, including analytics or advertising providers.
In short: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details.
Where an application offers in-app purchases, these transactions are handled exclusively by Apple's App Store payment system (StoreKit). When you make a purchase:
Your payment card and billing details are entered into Apple's own payment system and are never transmitted to, or received by, us.
Apple may provide us with limited transaction information — such as the product purchased, the date and time of purchase, purchase amount, and a broad country or region — for the purposes of order fulfillment, customer support, and financial reporting.
We do not receive your name, billing address, or payment card information from Apple in connection with a purchase.

In short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to fulfill in-app purchase transactions, provide customer support, and to save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
In short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

With Apple. In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple as described in "In-App Purchases" above.

Face data, as described in Section 2, is never shared under any circumstance, including business transfers, because it is never stored or retained.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications that are not affiliated with us. We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications.
In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. Face data, as described in Section 2, is never retained at all.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

You have rights under certain US state data protection laws, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data; the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Some states also grant the right to opt out of the collection of sensitive data and personal data collected through the operation of a voice or facial recognition feature (e.g. Florida). As described in Section 2, we do not retain or share any facial recognition data, so there is no such data to opt out of collecting beyond the transient, on-device processing needed to render the visual effect itself.

It does not use contact forms, does not require registration or accounts, and does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. Because of this, the amount of personal data processed is minimal — limited to what any web server automatically records.
